Jayam Ravi seems to be on a signing spree. Close on the heels of confirming a project with director Vijay, the actor is now committed to do a film with Samuthirakani, with whom he had worked in ‘Nimirndhu Nil’ earlier.
According to sources, the film, which will be a social subject, has been titled ‘Thondan’. Shooting will commence in November, as Ravi is presently occupied with a bunch of projects.
At present, the ‘Thani Oruvan’ star has been shooting for ‘Bogan’ directed by Laxman. He has lined up films with Shakti Soundar Rajan (of ‘Miruthan’ fame), Suseenthiran and Gautham Vasudev Menon, it is to be noted.
Also, it is learnt that Ravi would do a film to be directed by his elder brother Mohan Raja. “This will start after Mohan Raja completes his next flick with Sivakarthikeyan in the lead,” sources stated.
