The much talked about ‘comeback’ movie of Arya, which is being helmed by Raghavan of ‘Manja Pai’ fame, has been titled ‘Kadamban’. Earlier, it was said that the film was named ‘Thanikaattu Raja’. However now, the word is that ‘Kadamban‘ would be the title.
Arya is playing a youngster living in a forest area in this flick, which will have Catherine Tresa of ‘Madras’ and ‘Kanithan’ fame as the heroine. Shootings is on in interior jungles of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Talking about the project recently, Arya said, “Yes, I play a tribal and you can relate my character to Mowgli of ‘Jungle Book. Working for the movie is a great experience.”
After shooting for the first schedule of the film in the forest zones of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Arya was back in Chennai recently. “I am on a short break. I will go back to the sets very soon,” said the ‘Pattiyal’ and ‘Arrambam’ actor, who cast his vote at a booth at Anna Nagar in the city on Monday.
